Has an extensive corporate and commercial practice with considerable international and cross-border experience. Has successfully assisted high-tech, industrial and manufacturing companies in all stages - preliminary developmental through to multinational corporations. Advised Israeli and foreign, private and public companies in a wide variety of fields - investments, joint ventures, M&A, supply chains, distribution networks, etc.

Gadi Levin serves as Chief Financial Officer of A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: AZ), where he leads the Company’s global finance organization and supports its continued international growth. With more than 25 years of executive financial leadership, Gadi has held CFO and senior finance positions across publicly traded technology, healthcare, life sciences and energy companies listed on NASDAQ, TSX, TSXV, OTC and AIM. He brings extensive expertise in capital markets, public company finance, equity and debt financings, SEC reporting, investor relations, M&A, corporate governance and financial strategy. A Chartered Accountant (South Africa), Gadi holds an MBA from Bar-Ilan University and has a proven track record of building scalable finance organizations and supporting companies through growth, strategic transactions and public market execution.
